Food Safety & Sasol Audit Compliance

  • HACCP & R638 Standards: Clean and sanitize food prep counters, utensils, and display units to pass strict Sasol internal quality audits.
  • Temperature Logs: Record fridge, freezer, pie warmer, and core food temperatures every few hours on the official Sasol logs.
  • Uniform Standards: Wear the approved Sasol Delight uniform, cap/hairnet, and apron, maintaining immaculate personal grooming.

Stock Management (FIFO)

  • First-In, First-Out: Rotate stock rigorously so that older ingredients and pre-made sandwiches are sold first to prevent loss.
  • Delivery Checks: Verify that incoming deliveries from approved Sasol suppliers match the delivery notes in temperature and quantity.

Dual-Role Operations (If Required)

  • POS Transactions: Switch seamlessly to the main convenience store tills during peak forecourt hours to assist with cash and card payments.

Job Requirements

Purpose of the Job:

To Coordinate the preparation, dispatch, setup and reconciliation of décor and cemetery equipment for funeral services and events, while providing administrative support to the décor division and managing the scheduling and deployment of cemetery staff and groundsmen to ensure dignified and seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch and Logistics Coordination
