Welcome to this learning programme that will lead the learner to a greater understanding of the following:

- Analyse the skills development legislation and apply it in the workplace
- Conduct skills development administration in an organisation
- Use language and communication in occupational learning programmes
- Module 1 – Analyse and apply skills development legislation
- Module 2 – Conduct targeted training and development
- Module 3 – Perform one-on-one training on the job
- Module 4 – Conduct skills development administration
- Grade 12 or equivalent and/or Competence in communication,
- English literacy
The purpose of this course is to enhance the skills of employees within the organization with the aim of increasing productivity.
