Welcome to this learning programme that will lead the learner to a greater understanding of the following:

- Grade 12 or equivalent and/or Competence in communication,

This course is designed to tackle workplace conflicts comprehensively, with the goal of improving employer-employee relationships as a means to prevent and manage conflicts.
