Welcome to this learning programme that will lead the learner to a greater understanding of the following:
- Represent stakeholders in consultations and discussions on matters that arise at shop floor level
- Apply knowledge of HIV/AIDS to a specific business sector and a workplace
- Apply knowledge of statistics and probability to critically interrogate and effectively communicate findings on life related problems
- Use the writing process to compose texts required in the business environment
- Participate in the implementation and utilisation of equity related processes

- Grade 12 or equivalent and/or Competence in communication,

This course is designed to tackle workplace conflicts comprehensively, with the goal of improving employer-employee relationships as a means to prevent and manage conflicts.
